D.J. OMARI O. OMARI has passed away. He was killed in a motorcycle accident in southwestern Minnesota earlier this week. He was a disc jockey for salsa events at Loring Pasta Bar Restaurant in Dinkytown.
I FEEL SAD if you missed MN STAR BALL on May 19. What a fabulous evening show (Eliecer's bare-chested jungle costume was a highlight), great dancing to watch and a nice space for everyone to social dance in the Medina Ballroom. This event occurs only once a year, so please plan to attend next May.
